A workshop series for the working population, focusing on equipping employees with the knowledge and skills to navigate mental health challenges in the workplace. The workshop consists of exploring the concept of mental health, recognizing signs of distress in oneself and others, and learning practical coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
